The history of Château Clément-Pichon dates back to the 14th century. From 1601 to 1880, the Château belongs to the Pichon family, many of whom played an important role in the history of Bordeaux. Louis XIV twice owned this estate.
The estate was upgraded to Cru Bourgeois Supérieur in 1932 classification. New owners acquired it in1976 and recreated 25 ha vineyard.
Blend: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc
