The history of the Château dates back to 17th century when the Domaine de Moussas-Bages belonged to the Jehan family, wine merchant and owner of several estates.
In 1847, Château Lynch-Moussas was bought by a family of Spanish wine merchants, the Vasquez. In 1855, it became part of 5th Grand Cru Classé of the Médoc(Official classification of Bordeaux wines) organized by the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce organised at the request of Napoleon III.
In the begining of 20th century, Castéja family purchased the Château Lynch-Moussas.
Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot
