The Le Brun Servenay Champagne House inherits a precious tradition based on both, knowledge of its terroirs and the mastery of wine-making. It maintains a tradition of perfection in the wine-making process skills while endorsing both innovation and modern approaches.
It is located in village Avize at the heart of the prestigious “Côte des Blancs” region.
Le Brun Servenay's domaine offers high percentage of old vines. The average vine age is 35 years old on the non-vintage wines and 65 years old on the vintage wines and the rosé.
