Size
Historically the hill, where Mont de Milieu is located, mark the border between the jurisdiction of Chablis which used to be part of the County of Champagne and that of Fleys, which belonged to the Duchy of Burgundy.
The Pinson family has been in Chablis over 400 years. The family’s most important figure, Louis Pinson, led the domaine in 1940 to become one of the first properties in Chablis to sell directly to the public.
Louis Pinson decided to retire in 1983 having made some fabulous chablis wines. His great grand-daughter, Charlène, along with her father, Laurent and her uncle Christophe have now taken over to run the estate.

It is facing the valley of the river Serein with southeast exposition and moderate, regular slopes especially wide in this area.
